The game of golf can for most of us seem like a roller-coaster ride. There are however a few keys that you can bear in mind so as to keep those ups and downs more controllable.
Both golf and yoga require a high degree of focus and mental strength to enable the best experience. Yoga does not just assist a golfer in terms of strength and flexibility. The practitioner also acquires a more flexible and focused mind.
I agree that it makes it a whole lot more difficult to focus when your golfing pals are being rowdy. But it is only impossible if you see it that way. Where there is a will there is a way.
