That is wonderful news is it not?
The fact is that most people are too tied up in their day to day existence and enmeshed in their current emotional experience to realize that they can in fact get out of their own way to happiness and enjoyment. Similarly when you are eating your meal your focus should be upon the sight of your food and the sensation and tastes which derive from eating it. Don't allow worry over tomorrow to destroy your today. If you are a worrier, try living as if you did not know that there was going to be a tomorrow and you will find today is far more enjoyable. The fact is that every single day provides you with an opportunity to start over and the act of changes begins in your thoughts. As you change the focus of your thoughts you change your personal reality.
